Once an order has been processed, we are not able to upgrade or change shipping methods. We are also unable to modify or cancel the items on your order once it has been confirmed.
It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing an order with us. We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most cost effective delivery method for the desired shipping address.
Please be advise that Birlon Sacs require someone to sign for your shipment. Carrier will not leave package at the door.
Birlon Sacs guarantees total customer satisfaction. We will not refund payment if you are not satisfied with color or size, this is a final sale.

Damaged Exchange Policy
Take a photo, send it to us on at email@example.com
Return damage product within 14 days of the original shipment date for a prompt exchange.
If product is out of stock, you will be contacted by email when the next shipment will be available or if we have no plans to restock the product.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped.
There will be a 14 business days turn around for us to process your return.
Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your credit card statement for out of stock merchandise returned as damaged.
